| - This store has a great selection of the animals and supplies, but the customer service is what keeps me from adding a 5th star. Every time I have been here, I have had to track somebody down for help. Even when there are multiple staff at the front desk I have never been greated or asked if I needed help. When I am able to get help, I always feel rushed. That being said, I have noticed that they seem to be educated and able to answer whatever questions I did have.
I purchased two baby ratties from Pet kingdom USA and both of them had minor URI's, which is expected from pet store rats. The store does have a policy where, if you provide a letter from a vet saying the rats were sick at time of purchase, within 10 days, they will refund you or reimburse 1/2 of your vet bill. I didn't get my boys to the vet within 10 days, so I wasn't able to act on this policy, but I thought that, that was a pretty great option!
