  • Came in for some information. Had an appointment with Ashley and she left early with her bf. Ai was told to wait while the assistant manager was called. 15 minutes come and go, then Danielle comes by and at first seems OK. Brought me for a tour. But very little enthusiasm. Trash talked all the other gyms and how he went in as a secret shopper and how inferior they were. Fast forward starts to sell the memberships and got all arrogant. I said I will think about it and get back to him. His attitude changed to being annoying and acting like a little child not getting his ice cream. Starting making fun to say you are not committed etc. .. I just took my stuff and walked out. I am a customer and with that attitude. He can go sell his services elsewhere. I will not be back to look for their input
