  • They ripped me off. When I turned the car back in, they said I had to pay $13 extra for driving under 75 miles. I was annoyed, but what could I do, turn around and go drive some more? Well, they tricked me. Turns out that rule is if you don't have a receipt for filling the tank. I returned it full, had the receipt. But I didn't get what they we saying, so I didn't give them the receipt. I feel they do this on purpose to screw you over. I sent an email to corporate but never heard back. I won't ever rent from Thrifty again.
