rev:text	HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?? NEGATIVE 5 RATING MY GOODNESS!! Long story short, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Brought my 2014 A6 to change my tires & when I came to pick my car up they ruined my skid plate underneath as it was hanging off... who does that?? Tire works.. No wonder they have a 1 point rating... The manager KC referred me to corporate because basically he didn't want to own up to what his shop did... So I call a lady named Jasmine at corporate and not only was she the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with but she basically goes and tells me that they will not pay for the $787 in damages to my vehicle!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! What is wrong with these people!! Jasmine then goes on a tangent on how "my car needed an oil change and the shop was required to work on that skid plate blah blah blah." JUST SAVE IT LADY!!! On top of that, I never signed off on an oil change on my receipt so why are they giving me a "free oil change?" THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!! It doesn't end there, supposedly, the worker LaRon who rang up my tires "threw in new windshield wipers" and when I came back to pick my car up I looked to see if they put it on and they were the same ones I dropped my car off. So I went inside to ask and LaRon mentioned that "he forgot that they don't have any that my car requires?" In the end, an additional $787 was charged out of my pocket after I only came in to change my tires... Time for the doors to close on this place!!!
