  • I am so thrilled to have found Renee and this place. We have a rescue who is shy and was abused and she is coming out of her shell by going here. I take her for play time at least once a week and have done an overnighter and each time she comes home showing more confidence in herself and is less afraid. I really liked that I was told to just stop by anytime when I was first checking places out. This told me they have nothing to hide. I was given a full tour and the facility smelled amazingly clean and sanitary. I like that when they board they get play time so that they aren't just stuck in a kennel like some other places. The staff is patient and understanding when it comes to our dog's shyness. I have not hesitated to recommend Heartstrings to friends as I believe this is one of the best daycare/boarding facilities in the valley.
