rev:text	Rip off!! I have been to this nail salon about 5 times, and had you asked me about it A month ago I would've told you they were great. I went in for a SNS gel mani and a pedicure. I told the tech I had broke three of my natural nails and I wanted to put tips on only those 3 to even them out. She started putting tips on all my nails and when I protested she waved me off and said oh no it'll look great. I was going on vacation so I figured why not. Then she started building up the gel to the thickness of acrylic. She told me she put eight layers... I wanted them to still look natural! I worked pretty hard to grow my natural nails out to the length they are, and now they are ruined! At the end of my service I was charged $97 for a pedicure with the design and a gel that apparently was very expensive. What bothers me is I did not ask for that type of built up gel, she did it on her own and then passed the expense along to me. Without telling me!! When I questioned them they told me to bad and I would have to talk to the owner. I have not spoken to her yet mostly because I'm still so angry. As a hairstylist when I decided to go above and beyond for my client I do not charge them the difference I do it for great customer service. So I know the industry and I know that this is not right. I'm wondering if the tech only did it because the owner was out of town, taking advantage of what could've been a very loyal client with lots of clients to refer. I won't be going back and neither should you.... save your pennies don't get ripped off!
