  • I have been to Tantra on a few occasions. The first time was pretty simple, just a night of dancing and a few drinks. And although it was a seemingly simple night, it was a terribly intimidating experience. There with my girlfriend, I had never felt myself more threatened. But lots talk about what was good first. The music is pretty good, but very heavy on the top 40 and remix tracks. If you're single, you should find lots of young women to choose from, although I would recommend looking closely at the ID. As a beer drinker, I'm not the best person to evaluate if the drinks are watered down. So definitely some good points. The bad though, is a little troubling. Tantra is a small location, so it tends to get hot, sticky, and close. Some people like that, I don't. It's also full of men who are clearly after one thing. And they really don't care if the person they are interested in is already taken. Like I said before, I've never felt so threatened. The second time I went to Tantra made up for the first time. It was during a concert (some popular DJ that meant nothing to do me) for a birthday party. It certainly felt different then the first time, but I was solo too so it could be why. Bottom line, not a great date place.
