  • This is the most convenient Jiffy Lube location to my house and why I bring all our vehicles here. I've noticed over the last year that customer service is pretty much non-existent and staff seems disgruntled. I brought my company truck here and did have a tech give me hand directions to which bay to pull into. They once greeted you upon pulling up and got your information and service you are needing. The last 3 times I've been here I had to go physically find a disgruntled employee and ask for service. As I said, today I received a hand gesture. I understand it's just an oil change but at least act like you want to perform work on someone's vehicle. I'm thinking I'm moving my business to a friendlier location from now on. Never had a complaint on work performed here, but leaving customers standing around is absurd. I came before the lunch hour rush and this is by far the longest yet, I've ever waited. Still have talked to know one but I do see my truck has its hood up, so guessing it's getting done.
