  • The Honolulu Cookie Company is amazing! They have a plethora of cookie choices, and they have perfected the shortbread recipe. My personal favorites are the Lilikoi, Pineapple, and Mango cookies. Upon entering their store, you are greeted by the friendly staff who invite you to have some of their samples of cookies. They have 8 types of samples that you can help yourself too. If you want to try some of their seasonal cookies that are not part of their samples, you can ask them if you can sample it and sometimes they can give you a full sized cookie as the sample. Since this is only located in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and Guam, it is a great present to give to family members who don't live in the area. Make sure you stop by this place if you are ever at The Linq!
