  • I love Brio. Their outdoor patio is so much fun when the weather is not hellfire. I recommend that you sit on the patio, order a bottle of wine and cheese, and enjoy the best Las Vegas has to offer. I've been to Brio numerous times and consistently had wonderful experiences. Only once was there something that concerned me (undercooked meat). Should they have caught this problem before serving the food to my guests and me, yes. However, the chef and server both apologized and made things rights. No harm was done, and I've never had any other bad experiences. This is a place I love to visit.
