  • I can only speak to waxing, but always fast and efficient. I usually don't even make an appointment I just walk in on a weekday (the longest they've said is come back in 30 mins) or call on a weekend and they tell me when to come in that day and ask if it works for me. Sometimes 30 mins from my call or later in the afternoon, but I've never been told no. Personally I don't like chit-chatting when I'm getting hair ripped out of my face and they're great at reading their customer type, I do see them talking up a storm with other customers, but they know that's not how I am so they just do the job and get it done. Always friendly and polite! Comfortable, neighborhood vibe, not snobby. Good place!
