  • I went here on Saturday night to meet up with some Yelp friends and then later realized that I have never written a review. I don't come here often since it is in central Phoenix and I live in the east valley. But it is still one of my favorite local breweries. Unfortunately last night they did not have either of my favorites, the Jomax or Chai Jolly on tap. I did however, try some new brews that I did enjoy. The best was called Swirl and it was so named because it tastes like soft serve ice cream, chocolate and vanilla swirled together. I have noticed that a lot of their beers, even the ales or lighter ones have lactose so they are definitely going for that creamy niche. If you like a good milk stout or darker beer with some sweetness to it, then this is your place. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is lack of food. I mean, a girl has to to eat, right?
