  • Just went in for a quick gel removal and manicure because my gel was lifting and did not have time to get to my regular place. Cleanliness standards definitely not where they should be. Dirty/worn out files that should definitely be tossed. Dirty surfaces. The cuticle trimmer did come out of a sealed bag so it would seem that it was sanitized. Not friendly - but not unfriendly techs. My nail tech was a bit rough, but I like a more conservative approach to my nails. The nail polishes looked like they had seen better days, many empty/dried out looking. I chose one of the newer "more full" bottles but it was still pretty gummy. The result was as expected - not good!
