  • I never had problems using this store until recently. Now I say "Buyer Beware".i had an urgent need to have expedited delivery of my business cellphone and paid $80.00 for this service with the promise I would receive it the following morning. It was delivered 3 days later. When I asked for a refund or compensation for the extra charge for guaranteed expedited sevice the manager told me it was bad weather which was an"Act of God" and this is in the fine print of their contract. I will not deal with this store again as they do not believe in good will. I heard today that Amazon is starting package delivery service. Poetic justice! Perhaps this is a true "Act of God!" and a wake up call for UPS.
