  • I used to LOVE Thai Elephant for a quick, tasty and right on the money lunch. But the new incarnation is no good. The lunch soup was shredded cabbage in warm water. The lunch we ordered took so long that I had to leave and go back to work before I even got to eat. There were only a few other people in the restaurant so I don't really know what was going on. I wish I would have known that they changed hands or sold the business because the sign still says Thai Elephant. Lunch was mediocre at best. And it was $30 which my husband and I were both not happy about. But hey, at least he got to eat. I got mine brought home in a doggy bag. Super sad at the passing of the once great Thai Elephant. It was a great place.
