  • I am just updating my review. While I loved Nic for a massage therapist, I also had a back Facial and a regular Facial there. Unfortunately I was not as pleased. First off the front desk has a problem with time management, I was there both times 15 mins before my appointment. The first time she was unable to check me in on time, which ran into my Facial time. I should have not be penalized for he lack of organization. So that was 10 mins off service. By the way, this happened with my massage the first time and I didn't realize it at the time but that was taking off my massage. The next time I went in for a facial and upset with what I got. I said I need extractions, and she was only able to get to some. I would have rather had the extractions then anything else. I know the Aesthetician was only doing what she thought was right for me skin but still. All in all I would give this place a 3. While Nic was amazing, but I cannot see losing time off of my service for an organizational problem. It's also very hard to get an appt with Nic. Just heads up, if you go there get there super early.
