  • I booked this hotel for my husband traveling for an interview. It was decently priced, the other guest reviews noted that it was clean, and it was well located in conjunction to his interview location. Here's were the weird customer service comes to play--my husband checked out early morning and he left his bag with the front desk. When he came back to the hotel to pick up his bag, he asked to use the restroom, and he was promptly pointed to the nearest gas station down the road. What hotel tells an individual who just checked out that morning to use the gas station restroom down the road? How strange and rude! We travel often but this Travelodge is blacked out from any future trips. No good deal is worth that kind of rude treatment from customer service.
