  • WARNING!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE.....I arranged an airport shuttle thru Rio Hotel and they scheduled my pick-up for 9pm. I was out at the designated area for airport shuttle at the required time of 10mins before my scheduled time of 9pm. At 9:15pm, I call customer service to check the status of my shuttle. After placing me on hold, the agent stated that my shuttle would be there in ten minutes, then he quickly changed it and stated that it would be there in five minutes. I said ok, hung up and waited until 9:30pm. Highly pissed off, I marched over to the taxi stand and jumped in the next available taxi. I had the most wonderful taxi driver who got me to the airport in 15mins. I guess I got what I paid for in $8.50 for ODS Shuttle Service. Please save yourself the headache and just take a taxi.
