  • Well I have been a long time customer of Best Buy on Marks street in Henderson. I had an installation of a car stereo performed there. When I picked up my car there was a dent in the fender that was not there when I dropped it off and also more damage to door panels and door and weather striping. I had an estimate prepared for the damages. and submitted it a few days after the damage at best buy, that was November 23 2014 it's now March 02,2015 and they keep saying it's in corporates hands. I called corporate and they said it's handled in store. So I'm getting the run around. Thanks Best Buy for poor work and poor customer service.
