  • Terrible! I went to rent a car Monday night and ended up waiting over an hour in line when there was only 2 people in front of me. They only had one person working and she was rude. She looked miserable, like she hated her job, not friendly at all. Her name was Jazzy or something like that. She seemed so upset that we did not want the insurance coverage, like I said she seemed miserable that it was annoying. I've rented here before and haven't had a problem but after this terrible experience I rather just go to another company, a company that actually values their customers.
