4 year customer coming to this salon every two weeks. I would drive from central Phoenix. I always come early due to it getting busy the longer they are open. Today I showed up early as usual and was put in a chair. As the gentleman was getting ready to start my pedicure another customer walked in who had an appointment with this gentleman. I was told I'd have to wait for another employee to do my pedicure.
To me this is very poor customer service and no way to treat a loyal patron. If he had an appointment why was he going to start on my pedicure?
The customer who had the appointment actually apologized to me for disrupting my pedi. Awkward.
I really liked the quality of the services at this salon but after being treated this way today I won't return.
