  • Although Living Spaces has a beautiful showroom and nice sales associates, the cashiering area and personnel seem to be totally lost. Additionally, they said that they had the tables in stock and when we went to pay for them, they said that it was a mistake...they didin`t have them in stock. They ordered them and promised to have them ready for pick-up on Monday, April 9th. I called the only number that appears on the order form, an 877 number and they assured me that the tables were in the store waiting for me to pick-up. They promised to text me and call me to confirm. They didn`t and I went over to pick them up and they said that they weren`t in yet. They told me that they would be in today and the supervisor promised to call me in the morning. I waited all day and never received a text or call. I called the 877 number again around 5 pm and they took like 10 minutes to transfer me to the store. I finally spoke to a warehouse person, who informed me that the tables are in the Scottsdale store waiting for me to pick-up. What a complete cluster of am operation. Very unprofessional and very frustrating experience. This is the second time that I have had the same experience...I think that I have had enough and will shop elsewhere for furnishings.
