  • Totally had a shitty room that was flooded and riddled in black mold and i cut my toe on the busted flooring and we had to cancelled our trip early due to all of the conditions. cancelon is the worst website to purchase with. And customer service is nice when they say they are screwing you and there's nothing they will do to make up for your loss or dissatisfaction. Just book in person the day of and you get the same low competitive rate like everyone else. Without the bullshit hidden fees and charges they surprise you with after you thought you already paid. down with cancelon travel website
