rev:text	do not move here! this place is a joke and talk about nickle and diming you! i have lived in tons of apartments, but none quite like this every time i walk into the front office, everyone who works there acts like you are being such a bother. want to pay your rent online? no problem, o but there are 2 fees for that, one for paying with your checking account and one just to sign up to pay online - - wait wait wait, i have to pay you a fee in order to pay my rent ?? i have paid my rent 1 month in advance every single month, never made a single maintenance request, and live in a unit next to railroad tracks and I don't complain - when i go to submit my 60 day notice, i am 3 days late, so really a 57 day notice - so now i have to extend my lease out 3 additional days and pay 3 days worth of rent pro rated at a month to month rental price?! this is crazy!!!!
