  • Of all the ramen places in LV, this is my favorite. They serve ramen just like you can find in most places in Japan. Soup taste and the noodle firmness is just right. Nothing fancy or unique about it but my wife and I both love Tatsu for the soup taste and their noodle. Everytime the ramen is cooked right. My second choice is Misoya Tomi for very unique and tasty miso ramens and third will be Yagyu (really at home taste for most Japanese, just make sure you order the noodle firm so they don't over cook).
