| - I went to this office because my prescription was about to expire, I needed refills, and labs done. Doctor Alka Rebentish refused to give me a refill for my prescription until my labs came in. By then though, I would have already ran out of medication, there for possibly becoming resistant to the medication. I've never been to a doctor who refused me my meds, until labs. It seems like malpractice, and her certification should be reviewed. If labs come back and my body isn't accepting the medication, then you remove me from the meds. Keep in mind people, this is not a controlled substance. These are not opioid's. This is a life/death medication. I've lost complete confidence in this practice.
So yes I agree with the reviewer who said she can't get people's prescriptions together. I also agree with the reviewer who said the office is unprofessional.
I found another doctor, and called to cancel any further appts at this practice and Cynthia laughed and said "Good Luck." This office is extremely unprofessional.
What ever happened to manners? Being nice, etc? This is an infectious disease practice, these people have life or death illnesses. Have a little sympathy and empathy.
