  • Well, front desk should know how to do customer service, and they should know atleast how to smile. Went here and stayed for 3 days and they look at us like they were annoyed to see us. The girl in midshift with a big curls and the black woman looks always pissed. Bed sheets are bad too, sometimes it has yellow stains on it and the face towel has hair on it.. Eekkkk!the key card always need to be changed cause everyday it won't work.. And they took my friend's towel and never returned it. They should know the difference between their towels and a customer, cause my friend's are softer and longer!! All and all the aircon works just fine and how they clean our rooms is great too. The bed are comfy too, but they need more pillows lol
