  • Kind of long, but honest review of this place. and worth a read if you're prescribed the same thing I was. I really wanted to like this place. I saw reviews about dr roos so I had wanted to make my appointment with him which worked out for me. He was really sweet. I saw him one time for like 30 minutes and he told me my pimples were hormonal and prescribed me epiduo & aczone. I didn't expect a miracle overnight. I was sticking to my routine of applying the epiduo and then the aczone in the morning and at night. Of course i expected to break out before my skin got better so I dealt with it. 4 weeks later I started to feel burning and peeling from it and my skin was not getting better at all. Just redder and more acne. My follow-up was scheduled for 2 weeks later and I also set up an appointment for a "micro". I get a call I need to reschedule both to two weeks later. Bummer, but life happens lol. I get a call again the week before my appointment, I need to reschedule both for another two weeks. I get a call again a week before both my appointments that I need to re-schedule my followup AGAIN. (Just the followup) So I go to the micro appointment and I tried talking to her about my experience with epiduo & aczone and she couldn't help me she didn't know anything about it. So after the micro, my skin got 100000x worse. It was all red and terrible and was never that bad in my entire life. It was definitely my biggest regret. I couldn't wait for my follow-up appointment so I can just explain and maybe ask for a new prescription. Everyone was telling me I must have been allergic. And I agreed! So I get a call AGAIN. Telling me to reschedule my appointment for followup. I spent $150+ dollars on a prescription that I couldn't talk to anybody about. And nobody even apologized for any of the delays. Nobody's checked in with ANYTHING and it's so unprofessional. I was called again a few days ago to reschedule again but I'm not even calling them back. This place is the worst thing that's happened to me and I've never felt so alone and uninfomred. I've been rescheduling my first follow-up for months. So luckily for me, I went my own route for the last week and a half. I've been eating better, drinking more water, and using a good cleanser and honestly, its been working for me so far. The stupid things these people wanna prescribe is just all business. I'm never coming back to this place and I'm sure they won't care as much as I don't anymore! and that's fine :)
