  • I called in a claim to my home warranty company, American Shield, at around 5:30 PM. They called me first thing the next day to set up an appointment. I had to wait three days to get them to come out. Ricardo called before the scheduled appointment time to let me know he was on the way. He worked very quickly but was very thorough. He was very kind and professional. He fixed my issues and then gave me some tips on how to maintain everything properly. He also spent time explaining the life expectancy of a few of the working parts. He also explained what was and was not covered under my home warranty if I had any other issues in the future. He also took time to lube the working parts of the system. The garage door works better then it ever has. I have to admit I was worried about Cactus coming out after reading some of the reviews. I give them two thumbs up and five stars for the excellent service. Read other reviews and you will see that everyone is happy with Ricardo. If I need service that is not covered by the home warranty I will call them back and request Ricardo. Thanks for helping us Ricardo, you are a very nice man and gave us great service!! Kirk T.
