Okay so here's the deal..... If you own a boutique cupcake store, wouldn't you think that it should be a fun place with friendly staff who are pleasant? I mean they work with cupcakes all day for heaven's sake. When do people typically order cupcakes???? BIRTHDAYS!! So wouldn't you think it would be smart to acknowledge your customers and wish them the odd "Happy Birthday" or "Nice to See You Again" or if they were REALLY good, maybe a "THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS"??? Well if that is what you are looking for, you will NOT find it here. Their cupcakes are good but their customer service is lousy. We've been here on multiple occasions because their cupcakes really are good, but today we should have walked out. We left frustrated and feeling like the last thing that we should do is be turning over money to this place seeing that they appear to put no value or appreciation on their customers. I'd suggest that the owners invest in a copy of Gary Vaynerchuk's book Thank You Economy and study it! We're in the market for a new cupcake shop!
