  • The harassment from this company is off the charts. This is my 2nd Public Storage location I have done and my previous experience was great, I have 2 units at this location and cancelled a 3rd in person. I have received 3 phone calls seeing if I still need it, one call from regional and now 2 from corporate. Today I explained to the guy to knock it off with the calls and he got testy with me, what a joke. Great price for these units but these calls are unnecessary and makes me not want to do business with this company.
