  • Struggled to find ANY kind of dr for years who would listen to me and help me with my pain issues. I was so worried about not being helped again that I was crying when telling the nurse about my past issues. She assured me that if I needed the help that dr bien would help me. He listened to me and did what I needed which was to start me on tried and true meds for my pain. I got back on my dilaudid today and I cried bc for the first time in months I was going to get some relief for my daily agonizing pain. He was very chill and even said the f word a cpl times when looking at my history lol. I am an atheist but I thank god (just in case) for his understanding and willingness to listen to ME about MY PAIN. my history was paid attention to and I'm sure he is the perfect doctor for anyone genuinely and medically needing help. The staff was sweet and could actually relate and empathize with my pain which I don't have to tell you other sufferers how rare that is with medical professionals. I was there for a long time being that I was a new pt. but they took a very thorough history and took care of me. I go back next week for a steroid shot in my tailbone and they put you under for that I think. Can't wait to get my life back. Now I just have to fight the pharmacies and get my script filled. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone suffering and ready to quit on trying to get help in Vegas. Thank you dr Bien.
