  • Wow. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought tires with road hazard warranty 2 years ago from this location. I had a nail in my tire today so I swung by on my way home. The manager that greeted me at the front was ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. Told him the situation and he told me to pull my car up into the bay. Cool. I did as instructed. At this point a tech comes up at points at my tire and say, "yeah I can see the nail right there"...yes, that's why I'm here. I kept quiet. He then stated that it may be on the side wall and not fixable(not true but I didn't argue and let him go about his job). No one said anything further to me so I stated to the manager that I left my keys in the car and was going to go inside. I waited for 30 minutes(I expected to wait with no appt, no problem there). As I'm waiting I hear, "Where she at??" To which I hear the manager tell him I'm in the waiting area. He doesn't come to look for me, so I get up and walk to the counter and I ask,"where you looking for me?" To which he answers, " yeah" and then he walks back into the shop. My old receipt for the tires is still on the counter so I wait by my receipt and I hear the manager in his office on the phone. I wait for 5 minutes until he walks out of his office and tells me," you're good to go, I don't know why you're waiting here". Maybe because your lazy employee couldn't be bothered to utter a complete sentence to me. So I get in my car to leave and they have completely torn apart my trunk and tore off my cover and broke some of the items I had in boxes(stone for my fireplace that I had just bought). I understand it may be frustrating if people have things in their trunk, I would have removed it myself but they would just rather throw it on the ground, no respect. I guess if you already bought the warranty and are just there for a repair and they can't make any money off of you, they won't respect you as a human being and even talk to you. I will NEVER be going back to this location again. Rude and inconsiderate.
