Only got an apology and small offer to compensate for the mold issue (10%) after the salon read the review and they asked me to remove the picture of the mold. They continue to run late and despite being a solid customer who tried them again despite the issues. Today I showed for an appointment and waited half an hour as the manager talked on the phone and told me there was an issue with the online appointment system. Rather than assisting she let me wait and only when I inquired told me she was booked in 20 mins (more than enough time to start the refill especially after I waited 30 mins for my scheduled appointment and had a text confirmation of the appointment two hours prior). I will NEVER go back!

Have been going to this salon every few weeks for about a year and a half. Pros: clean, good value. Cons: Rose, the owner/manager is rude to customers and to her staff, have had issues with bio gel (and few can do it), mold from incorrect gel application (barely an apology and no discount for the issue), double booked for my scheduled appointment (and it came out that I booked first but was forced to see another tech), the really good techs turn over (Cindy being the latest).
I suggest you go for cheap and (mostly) cheerful and don't expect to be "wowed".
