  • All I can say is I want more!! This food truck is amazing. I love lobster and eat it as often as I can, and I gotta say the quality is on the same level as a high end fine dining restaurant ( without the cost of course). I had the lobster tacos and the lobsters tots. The salsa in top was very delicious, with the cabbage slaw adds a great crunch. I loved the texture. I must say it is hard to find a perfect tater tots, as most are either not crispy enough or burned, but their lobster tots were perfect. I want more as I am writing this .....
