  • My first time here and my experience was unsatisfying; after I mentioned to Michael, the sales rep, that the monthly payment wasn't within my range he was no longer helpful and said to me, "you can leave now" after talking to his manager. My second was a better thanks to Kelly and Harry, and they did the best they could. However, Harry couldn't honor the trade-in amount Michael verbally gave me a few days ago; which then changed my financial institution's approved vehicle loan decision. Overall, my experience is less than satisfying and will not be returning ever because they lost me as a consumer and will share my experience with anyone I know that's interested in buying from this dealership.
