  • I'm very upset... not with the doctor, but with the two receptionists/workers who answered the phone today and "helped" me. The first one (a male) seemed to not know what they were talking about or made it very confusing for me, and the other (a female) was extremely rude (she hung up on me at first and when I called back she answered with a rude hello?). All I was trying to do was call to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The first time I called I was told that I have to fax over any information from my previous doctor before they could even schedule me. So I did that and went back to call again after doing so. That's when I encountered the very rude female who told me something completely different, that'd I'd have to be referred by my primary doctor first. I didn't even bother moving forward because I was so upset and stunned with how badly I was treated both times. I'm very confused as to why it's so hard to just schedule an appointment to be seen, and very turned off with even ever going here because of how badly I was treated. I'm disappointed because Dr. Tara seemed to gave such great reviews. I work in the healthcare field and would be fired if I treated someone like that.
