  • Had an insurance claim for my vehicle and brought it to This Honda dealership. There was a lack of communication on their part and also when the representative that was taking my claim got frustrated with me he would just hang up on me. It didn't just happen once but twice. I do have a Honda and love to take it to Honda dealerships but maybe this one is not just in tune with customer service the way they should be. I recommend you find a different Honda Dealership with better reviews as you can see they have a lot of low ratings. Recently I've been taking my car to flop shop automotive which is just south from here on Indian school and 10th street. Apparently the technician that owns the shop and works there, worked for Honda for several years. He's been good and honest to me with super low prices compare the dealerships. I'm not here to offend anybody, I'm just here to help with extra options That could help the customer
