  • If your ordering via mobile app be sure to repeat your name over and over again to the barista upon arrival. Placed my order via mobile app when I arrived I gave my name, and the barista said my order wasn't ready, and 10 drinks later my drink was sitting next to her the whole time!!!!! It only took to seconds to look up at the previous orders made to check correctly for my name. Now I'm late to work!
