| - This place is quite ridiculous. I had to go here about 4 months ago for a drug screen for employment. I waited THREE hours to pee in a cup! They make you wait as if your just a sick patient.
This time, I have been sick for over a week. I saw my dr on Tuesday and after the meds, ended up getting sicker and was advised to go to urgent care so I thought, this place was at least clean and I know it's close by. Well, first off, what's the exact point of the "online check in" when it does not even do anything? I couldn't get it to work so I called the office. The girl told me it's not something that actually even checks you in....so ummm, what's the point?! Then she tells me it would speed things up if I filled out the paperwork online. Shockingly, I could not find any paperwork! The lady told me they were not busy but that could change at any time. I showed up about 9 minutes later and there were FIVE people ahead of me. Lovely. The lady behind the desk was nice, until she started coughing all over the place not covering her mouth! Seriously?! It's because of idiots like her were all sick. Second, I have amazing insurance and have never had a copay for anything, even Dr's visits. She tells me I have to pay $125 that day or leave my card on file and they will bill it in 3 days! Wait, what?!?!!! Mind you I have already been waiting OVER an hour. So I found it funny as soon as I paid I was called back....Thank god....not really, another hour wait in the room to be greeted by the worst "provider" ever! Everything I said she corrected me. She was a jerk! Zero compassion. Even had the nerve to question me as to why my job requires you to be fever free before returning to work?! Wth lady! I'm paying you to just basically say I'm making things up and my dr is a liar cause I had no ear infection or fever! She then says "well, when our employees are sick here, we make them wear masks" WHAT?! This place should be GERM FREE and NO SICK EMPLOYEES! The whole experience after 3 hours was just enough to make me a little bit nuttier! I will never return to this place as they are disgusting and a rip off! The best part was she said so you can either use your inhaler or I can call you in steroids, I took a second to think about that after wasting money I really need and 3 hours of my life. I said well I guess I'll do the steroids she says GREAT CHOICE! Omg why is this even happening?!
I've worked in medical my entire life and this week I feel like for the first time these medical people don't give 2 craps about anyone's well being! They are just trying to get paid.
They gave me a card with all their names too! Smart! The provider was V. Kjos. Front office staff (I'm assuming the cougher) was Pam and back office was Tannya (the only nice girl there and even she didn't say much but at least she seemed to care). I normally don't do reviews unless I hate something and I'm not even sure why I'm doing this one because this review won't change a thing about the way I was treated or how they practice.
UPDATE! After all the chaos and paying them $125, they send me a bill for another $25! You have got to be kidding me? After all the hassle I had to deal with and basically being called a liar, actually it was my dr they claim was a liar, they send me another bill! I will be filing a complaint because the price I paid was way too much for the crappy service I received!
