  • Poor customer service. I explained to the sales guy that I'm a runner. I needed running no shoes and socks. He wasn't very helpful or they just don't have much running selection. He tried to push me to purchase socks that were too small for my feet, "they stretch.". All women socks were size 4-6. Bought my shoes, bought men's socks (I'm a women's size 7.5), and left annoyed. Sorry to bother you guys at The Shoe "Palace."
