  • Poor customer service. We've used this company before and had no issues, but recently we had a major problem with them. After making an appointment to get some pool lights fixed they didn't bother to tell me that they were not able to come out the day we scheduled. I was the one who had to call them to figure this out. So we rescheduled for the next day. They didn't give me a specific time window of when they were coming out. I don't live at the property so I needed 20-30 minutes time to drive to the property. Next thing I know the technician is already at the property and I was preoccupied with work when he got there. Didn't give me any notice or anything prior to going there. Just showed up. I asked if we could reschedule and he said to call the office and they could do that for me because that was his last appointment for the day. Mind you, this was at 11 am... I called them back shortly after to tell them there are roommates currently at the house and he can feel free to be there without me. He said he was eating lunch so he would go back afterwards. He arrives at the property saying no one is answering the door.. I called one of the roommates to open the door for him and by the time they did open the door he had left. NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES PASSED BY. I called the technician once again only to be greeted by him yelling at me saying how he hates "having to deal with that bullshit of waiting". He went on and on yelling at me over the phone saying how we were going to get billed for the visit as well. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. We will never call them again. This was also the owner of the company yelling at me. Obviously they don't know anything about running a Business or customer service! WORST POOL SERVICE WE'VE DEALT WITH.
