I'm a resident of Chandler and was interested in trying the AJ's for Easter brunch this year. I called to inquire about the details, since I couldn't find anything on their website or on Facebook. Ashley answered the phone and immediately asked "Can I 'git' you to hold on for a minute?" before abruptly putting me on hold. When she came back, I asked her about brunch and she told me she'd connect me to someone who knows about it. Her voice came across as condescending and as if she couldn't be bothered with my question. She connected me and no one answered so I called back and let her know. She asked "Well...did you leave a message?" Again in a condescending voice. I said no and asked if anyone could just give me basics. She sighed and said she'd look for the paper. She came back and quickly recited the price and asked "is that you want to know?" I said that I'd call back for a reservation if I wanted to and she said, "Ohhh-kayyy...bye." VERY condescending. For a property that doesn't have much of a local draw or reputation, I would think they'd want to be warmer and more accommodating to potential customers. Very disappointing.
