  • Arrived in Toronto for the annual Caribana Festival and it was late and we were really hungry but too tired to really go too far from our hotel, so we went to the restaurant right downstairs. The service was horrible!! We waited over 15 mins before we had to flag down our server, she gave us lukewarm waters to drink and once she placed our orders and received them, she never came back to check on us. The hot wings were super salty and she never asked me how I wanted my burger cooked. Totally awful experience!!
