  • Here is a conversation I had with an employee (Trevor, who said he was a field supervisor) after being told a part of my HVAC had caught fire....... Me: Well, what caused the fire? Trevor: Beats me. Another tidbit displaying a possible lack of integrity: Me: I've sold my home and came to pack up - when I walked in it was 95 degrees. Trevor: Well, then why fix it if you've already sold the home? The repair cost was almost $700 - the employee had driven from Mesa to Ahwatukee and was at my home for about 20 minutes. I never did see the burned part or find out what the problem was - yes, I should have spoken up more but I was in a tough spot having to pack and move.
