  • Very positive experience. My technician, Dwain, was amicable, knowledgeable, and showed up in a very reasonable amount of time as far as the Safelite timelines. He explained exactly what he was going to do. I basically told him to do the work he needed and just call me when he was finished. He called when finiished- I came out and he explained, in detail, what was done and more importantly that my windshield was back at 100%. It was a stress free and positive experience and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs wind shield repair. Also, if you do not have glass coverage but have State Farm insurance they have a very nice discount program (This was my situation.)
