| - If you are new home-owner like myself, save yourself some trouble and stay away from "condo blinds".
When I contacted Dani he was extremely nice and courteous and promised the delivery time will be less than 1.5 weeks, I also had an online voucher I wanted to use, so I chose Condo Blinds despite the higher than average quote. After paying the deposit, they stopped returning my emails/phone calls, etc. I was a bit concerned so I checked in with Dani again after two weeks, all he said was "there was a delay on the part of the manufacturer". Called again in the 3rd week, received an email three days later explaining it was delayed because of the long weekend. It made little sense as the long weekend would mean a one day delay, not a 2 weeks delay. I communicated with Dani my frustration with the service all he said was "it was the manufactuer's fault and refused to take any responsbilities, though he had previously admitted that the blinds were ordered a week after I paid my deposit (because of the long weekend). When I requested to have my deposit refunded because it has been way too long of a wait, his attitude changed more drastically and said it was not refundable because the blinds are being made.
Eventually, I had my blinds after 4 weeks of waiting, and the installer refused to accomondate my schedule. It was an extremely frustrating experience filled with excuses and non-service. I would advise anyone looking for afforable and quality blinds to stay away from them, do not get fooled by a groupon deal that might sound appealing....
