I'm updating my review because Courtesy did end up making a concerted effort to locate and fix my problem.
There were definitely bumps along the way. My initial service writer made it a habit to NOT listen to me, but the Service Manager DID. John Dunlap, thank you for making things happen.
All in all, I had to make 5 visits to Courtesy before my problem was solved, but by the end, Mike Conway, the CSI Director had gotten involved and helped make sure that they found and fixed the problem. They did finally take care of me.
I'd have been able to leave a better review had it not been so difficult and inconvenient most of the way through the process. My son almost ended up with emergency dental work at one point, plus I missed a lot of work dealing with this at a very busy time.
That being said, I'll still give Courtesy another chance with my next service needs. I'd like to think that they will take care of me and earn my business as they should with any customer.
