  • I hope readers take heed of my review and avoid this place at all costs! I got new tires put on my vehicle in April 2014, tires that costed about $1200. I had my winter tires on at the time, and was getting my summer tired replaced. I had my summer rims with the tires in the trunk of my car. Upon picking up my vehicle after job was complete, I noticed that when they had removed my summer tires with rims from inside of the car they dragged the tires out & off the rear bumper which left 3/4 major dents/scratches (1cm width), that were very deep. Obviously from the back of the rim and due to the careless of the technician. Additionally they broke a lug nut and left it on the tire, talk about a safety issue. I take a lot of care of my car and this was extremely disappointing, the lack of respect for customer property is disgusting. After taking up the matter, the Service Rep was respectful and willing to investigate (look at cameras) to see if they were liable, at which time the Boss intervened and without knowledge of the situation was quick to say that "No this was not us, it was like this when it came in" continuing on about how they would not take responsibility at all, refusing to even look at cameras.The owner has no customer service & respect at all. He went on about how there were other scratches on the car (which were due to someone keying my car), which was totally irrelevant to the situation. He stated if my technicians did something they would report it, thats why they didn't report the lug nut they broke right? If they lied about that why wouldn't they lie about the dent? Essentially he tried to avoid liability at all costs, mumbling to his employee that I'm not paying for any repair. After all of this I got a quote to fix the bumper and body shop said that I would have to redo the entire bumper. I run my own business dealing with this issue was very time consuming & i think if i could spend $1200 on tires I would try and scam someone for dents/scratches. I will be taking this up with Active Green & Ross Head Office. This place doesn't deserve even 1 Star.
