  • Was getting a car loan, was approved and when I showed up at the credit union as requested by there underwriter, this person Jackie who is employed as assistance manager had no clue how to handle her position, she had no idea what to do, had to make a call with every step, we sat there for 2 hours and we walked out empty handed, I heard through the bank grapevine that we didn't look trust worthy I DARE YOU.... all was done properly and signed with the dealership. This is not a place to do business where they judge a book by its cover. . !
